The memory foam is high quality and doesn't flatten out. I love how it secures to the headrest so my head doesn't slump forward. Definitely worth the investment if you travel more than once a year.

Best neck pillow I've owned. The cooling material is a nice touch so you don't overheat. It takes a second to get the straps adjusted right, but once you do, the support is incredible.
